Scenes include airplanes taking off, a demonstration of a life raft, the crash of the Pabco Flyer and El Encanto.

Before the moon.. there was Honolulu!
Somewhat blah overview of an air race to see who could get to Hononlulu at the fastest speed. Seeing this is 1927, there's obviously some sort of historical interest here.. I imagine that some of these people were famous aviators for it's time. We see plane after plane take off, as well get a face shot of the pilot(s). Quite interesting to note for the final race, we see shots for the people 'lost at sea', which could only mean that all of these shots were taken BEFORE the race began, so that had a bit of an eerie quality. The rest is sort of blah.
